Emergency Contact

EMERGENCY PLAN OF ACTION!

If you have an emergency outside of office hours on weekends or 5pm – 9am on weekdays then please call 07725 002456

You will need to leave a message with your name and address, telephone number and the reason for your call. You will be called back by a property manager with a course of action for your issue.

Please note our emergency line is managed out of hours, on a rota basis, by the Crystalight property managers on their leisure time. It is not a monitored 24 hour call centre.

Crystalight Ltd is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am – 5.00pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.

In the event of an emergency outside office hours, you should contact our Emergency number.

If the problem is not an emergency you must wait and contact your office manager during office hours

Please be aware that an Emergency is classed as a situation which is sudden and dangerous, an impending situation that may cause injury, loss of life or severe damage to the property. An inconvenience – such as your washing machine not working or a boiler breakdown – is NOT regarded as an emergency. If you contact our Emergency phone and it is not considered to be an emergency, you will be fined £50 and may be responsible for paying the bill and will be charged accordingly

For the avoidance of any doubt please note the difference between an emergency and an inconvenience.

Listed below is information on items that are emergency situation and steps you can take before you decide to call:
